“This is a very solid daily sipper agricole. The alcohol is integrated very well and the cognac barrel shines throw the wonderfull dry and delicious finish”

“This is a bit disappointing, all notes I could get were quite muted, lacking intensity and power. It does not mean this is bad, which it isn't. But it does not work for me, unfortunately. While this is easily Drinkable I wonder what it would be at a higher ABV.”

“Ce Bologne Cask Matured est très appréciable, un nez gourmand et boisé, fruité et pâtissier, en bouche on retrouve ce côté boisé avec des notes de vanille. Rondeur et puissance. La finale est est moyennement longue, mais agréable, sur des notes florales.”
