Distilled in 2004 from molasses using a pot still and aged for 13 years, this rare rum, with an ABV of 58.5%, offers an aromatic profile featuring notes of spice, leather, and vanilla. I have had a short break from tasting because I felt like 2-3 days a week with tasting was a bit over the top. Back in shape again and we had a wonderful evening yesterday.
Pretty forward on the alkohol and this herbal notes are quite present.
