Von dieser Abfüllung bin ich positiv überrascht. Nachdem ich zuvor die reduzierte Version im Glas hatte, konnte mich die Fassstärke sofort abholen. Von der Nase bis zum Abgang ist er deutlich intensiver und die prägnanten typischen Brut de Colonne-Aromen kommen schön klar und definierbar heraus. Der Alkohol ist perfekt eingebunden. Leider bei uns nicht verfügbar
#5443 03.07.2025 Relaxing with a few samples while listening to some nice new Trance tracks. Nose Intense, green, floral, light vegetal, citrus, faint melon, light grass. Palate Oily, intense, faint smoke, Agricole, citrus, sugarcane, light vegetal, light papaya, naturally sweet. Finish Long and warm, intense, light herbal, sugarcane, light floral, citrus. Empty glass Floral, citrus, light herbal, light mineral.
Isolated while fermenting as a paticularly iodine and floral expression, this very little batch has then been distilled in Montebello’s column by Marie Louise team, and kept aside for maturation during 1 year. It has very gradually been reduced from 78.8 to 71 which seemed perfect to reveale its personality.
