Now this is a serious white Agricole. Very dry as to be expected with lots of fruit, grass and sugarcane. Might be to dry for many, but I do like it.
A good white agricultural rum. The cane is greedy and fresh.
Red cane = raw, wild, bitter, bark (mouth)
