Ils sont impressionants ces Private Casks de Clément. Pour 60€ c’est une véritable claque de qualité et de la valeur. Une bombe d’épices et une belle longueur en bouche. Très savoureux et “complet”, les registres sont remplis. Ce qui manque c’est un peu de fruits, parce que ici c’est du bois et des épices qui forme la plupart des sensations dans la bouche. Mais j’ai goûté des autres private casks de clément qui coute beaucoup plus et celle-ci n’a rien à les envier. À mon avis il est à un qualité bien supérieur à son prix. Recommandé même qu’il est bien sûr très limitée et, dès que je sais, uniquement disponible chez rhums des îles.
