Die Nase nun schon süßlicjer und nicht mehr die grünen früchte in der Dominanz. Es wird hier durchaus karamelliger. Im Geschmack viel angenehmer als der lfch. Um einiges elegantere Töne. Auch ein etwas rauchigerer Zeitgenosse.
Die Nase macht erstmal Spaß mit Noten von gegrillter Ananas und leicht vergorenen Estern. Am Gaumen dann etwas süßlich karamellisiert aber auch viel rauchiger als erwartet. Leider ist aber auch hier eine penetrante plastik Benzin Note da, die mich extrem stört.
Zum Tagesabschluss dann den Hampden LROK aus der 8 Marks Collection 1 year. Hier hat man in Nase und Gaumen auch überwiegend wieder Ester, obwohl dies die dritt schwächste Stufe ist. Kommen noch tropische Früchte und Holz dazu, aber auf jenen Fall zu empfehlen.
Nose is great, light and complex with tropical fruits. The mouth is musty with caramel and some older notes. The finish is musty with some petrol and tropical fruits. Solid but a little soapy on the finish
