Guatemala Rum das verheißt oft nichts gutes. In diesem Fall muss ich sagen finde ich das ganze sehr ansprechend. Wir haben hier einen schönen easy Sipper Im spanischen Stil. Ich finde den echt Klasse. Schöne Kokosnuss und Karamell mit Frucht und Nuss.
Weiter geht's mit der Green Label Serie von Cadenhead. Heute definitiv der spanische Stil im Glas. Wie leider immer etwas dünn, geschuldet wohl durch den niedrigen ABV. Insgesamt ist aber festzuhalten das dies ein guter Sipper ohne Ecken und Kanten ist und eher auf der süßen Seite liegt. Der leichte Sommerrum für zwischendurch.
Der Jugend geschuldet noch etwas bissig am Gaumen, aber daneben bereits überraschend süffig. Etwas süss, was bei den guatemaltekischen Rums ja nicht unüblich ist - scheint vielmehr Teil der aromatischen DNA zu sein. Alles bleibt sber angenehm eingebunden in ein Profil aus Karamell, Vanillezucker, Holz, Gewürzen, gerösteten Nüssen und Schokoladen. Angenehmes Gesamtpaket.
Schmeckt etwas gesüßt. Ansonsten relativ dünn mit Holz und weihnachtlichen Gewürzen.
