“Jawoll, so stell ich mir einen gelungenen Demerara vor. Er empfängt dich mit einer schweren süßen Nase, ich rieche kandierte Früchte,geröstete Mandeln,feine Backgewürze,ein wenig Anis,Klebstoff und Nougat, voll Punktzahl in der Kategorie Rund.👍🏻 Die 66,9% können sich nicht verstecken,für diese Stärke trotzdem gut eingebunden. Gebrannter Zucker,geröstetes Fass, Pfeffer, Mandeln, begleiten Dich bis zum recht langen Abgang. Top Rum, hätte ich gern eine Flasche von. Nachtrag: noch längerem Lüften verliert er recht viele Aromen am Gaumen, daher 0,2 Punkte abzug.”
