The "Seleksyon Night" was produced in Guadeloupe at the Papa Rouyo distillery. It was distilled from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 60,7%. This is a limited release and there are only 120 bottles. No added sugar. .
