How does this rum taste?
The Bacardi "Reserva Limitada," distilled in Bermudas from molasses using a column still, is a limited edition rum known for its balanced 40% ABV profile. With aromas of burnt sugar, vanilla, fruits, and leather, the sip unfolds with caramel, vanilla, and woody notes. While favored for its smooth, rounded sweetness, it draws mixed feedback on its overly sweet palate and modest complexity, making it a divisive choice among enthusiasts. Tasting notes suggest a slightly underwhelming experience for its premium price tag, yet it remains a noteworthy expression from Bacardi’s heritage.

It comes out a bit alcoholic, from the fruits, there are raisins, bananas, coconuts. 6,9:The finish is long, soft and syrupy, sweet with caramel, fruits like apples, some spices and burnt wood....
Reiht sich in die muffigen nichtssagenden Bacardis ein.
This is a very nice sipper from Bacardi. Not at all pretentious but just an excellent rum. The average age of the rum released today is 12 years, slightly under what ir was when first released.
