“Knowing my Barbadian rums I started by resting this one for 15 minutes so that it could release all its flavours. Clearly a Bajan rum but slightly modified and I like it. Sweet and spicy at the same time with fruits and a hint of the barrel. Would have loved it to be older and with a higher ABV (50% as a minimum).”
