How does this rum taste?

The nose brings fresh cane, vanilla, spice and young wood, while the palate adds citrus, pepper, noble oak and even chocolatey, slightly mushroom notes. The 45% is very pleasant and easy to sip, with a fairly short, lightly saline, fruity finish that keeps this agricole distinctive and elegant.

Compared to the other liberations I have tasted it lacks some intensity! The low degree however is really pleasant, and it still retains its unmistakable timbre of citrus, fruit and a noble wood! I would have been curious to hear it at a higher degree!
