"Marginally better than their Dark Chocolate. The only thing that helps it up a little is the higher ABV. The nose becomes completely filled with vanilla. At the palate is the vanilla supplemented with lots of sugar and cacao."
"Small hints of coffee, cocoa… low body/character. Wouldn‘t recommend anyone else to buy a full bottle!"
"6:On the nose, there's no mistake, there's plenty of chocolate, as if cocoa powder had been diluted in the rum. There's also a very smooth, creamy, almost milky quality, giving this rum a solidly gourmand, regressive character.Aeration doesn't alter the profile at all, perhaps more a very sweet side and a certain suave roundness from the vanilla and caramel. 6,9:The palate is smooth, but we're pleasantly surprised by a little relief that avoids the trap of too much roundness. The chocolate borrows a little of the coffee's character, without betraying its promise of deliciousness. 6:The finish is a mochaccino-style blend of chocolate and coffee, quite short."
