The 2013 Ron Regular by Spirit Gallery is a limited release with only 400 bottles, offering a unique tasting experience. Distilled from molasses, this rum is aged for 11 years and bottled at a robust 65% ABV. Its aroma is dominated by notes of vanilla, coconut, and coffee, while its palate explores vanilla, coconut, with hints of burnt sugar and dark chocolate. Very good! Surprisingly different from other rons. Not having added sugar makes you feel the markers even more. Well executed 👍

Un nez étonnant : sur la café moulu, très frais, herbacé avec beaucoup d’épices et une pointe de miel et de vanille. Une bouche très puissante, sur le moka, le cacao, les épices et les agrumes avec une amertume et une salinité en fin de bouche. Belle sélection ! Détonnant quand on sait que c’est un Ron !
I can't really categorize this bottling. On the nose, I primarily perceive sweet, floral aromas. On the palate, a heavy sweetness at first, which is replaced by a strong herbal presence. Allspice is also present. The finish is relatively short.
