How does this rum taste?
The 2013 Ron Regular by Spirit Gallery is a limited release with only 400 bottles, offering a unique tasting experience. Distilled from molasses, this rum is aged for 11 years and bottled at a robust 65% ABV. Its aroma is dominated by notes of vanilla, coconut, and coffee, while its palate explores vanilla, coconut, with hints of burnt sugar and dark chocolate. Many users find it refreshing and floral, yet some note an intense alcohol presence. This Central American-style rum, despite its strength, has both floral freshness and a complex fruity character, appealing to aficionados who appreciate a non-sugared profile.

A proper release from Spirit Gallery. This "secret regular" is not particularly complex, but still quite tasty. Vanilla, candied light fruits and burnt sugar dominate. the finish is unfortunately very short.
Och jo...ne, nö. Irrelevant.
Sehr spannend....
I can't really categorize this bottling. On the nose, I primarily perceive sweet, floral aromas. On the palate, a heavy sweetness at first, which is replaced by a strong herbal presence. Allspice is also present. The finish is relatively short.
