The "Distillery Series No. 3 MAIC10" was produced in Australia at the Beenleigh distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Romdeluxe. It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 16 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 66,2% and the mark is MAIC10. "It's a great piece. Took me a while to find it here. I smell mostly apple and hints of honey and citrus on the nose. Then on the palate, woody notes to the point of bitterness. Very dry rum, I don't detect any sweetness in it. Overall, I like it very much. Mnam."
