#4757 22.06.2024 Nice tasting afternoon and evening with Hannes at the shop in Odense. Nose Fresh, fruity, spice, light caramel, faint dried fruit, light wood, faint smoke. Palate Warm, light wood, fruits, light citrus, faint cherry, light caramel, faint chocolate, light tobacco. Finish Medium to long, light wood, light tobacco, dried fruit, light caramel, faint leather.
Rum Friendly Club Advent Calendar Day 3. Un nez à la fois doux, sucre brun mais sans excès et sec, où on sent bien l’influence du bois. Du chocolat noir, du caramel et un côté légèrement végétal fermenté et terreux. Des fruits aussi, fruits tropicaux bien présents. La bouche est ample, jeune avec beaucoup de bois de cèdre (boîte à cigares) et les fruits, le caramel ne sont pas loin. Une bouche plus simple que le nez. La finale est moyennement longue et le bois, le caramel restent longtemps.
Zajímavá vůně, docela atypická pro melasu, i když po delším zkoušení zase působí dost jinak. Takový hybrid Agricole a melasa. V chuti zase úplná haluz. Připomíná to bylinný schnapps. Baví mě ta jinakost. Osobitý kus.
