Un rhum dégusté au Rhum Fest en 2024. Un nez de vin (malvoisie) indubitable. Le bois est discret, un peu de sucrosité. La finale est moyenne mais plutôt sur le végétal et la sucrosité. Un rhum qui m’a moins convaincu que le n1, l’élevage en fût de malvoisie de madère étant un peu trop marqué à mon goût.
Goûté très tôt la première journée du RhumFest paris 2024 donc ma note date un peu mais j'ai plutôt apprécié le premier ambré de cette distillerie. Pas de doute sur la provenance, c'est rhums de Madère sont très typiques. Ici, j'ai le souvenir d'un rhum très marqué et sucré par le fût de vin portugais dans lequel il a séjourné. Agréable et prometteur.
