Excellent rapport qualité/prix, la canne violette donne beaucoup de rondeur. Au nez c est très agréable: canne et vanille dominent , un peu de banane verte. Là bouche ne trahi pas le nez, la douceur continue avec le goût de la canne et vanille accompagnés d une sensation de sucrosité. Le goût évolue vers une très légère acidité de zeste de citron et pour finir sur une petite sensation iodée. La faiblesse de ce rhum est sa faiblesse longueur en bouche. Ce point négatif est compensé par le plaisir qu il procure au moment de la dégustation grâce à sa gourmandise .
