Un rhum dégusté au Rhum Fest en 2024. Le nez est agréable avec du végétal et un côté miel. Pas grand chose d’autre ici. En bouche on retrouve les mêmes arômes et pas de citron vert ni d’autres agrumes. La finale est plutôt longue sur le sucre. Un rhum doublement distillé, parcellaire, bon mais pas très complexe. Une découverte malgré tout car il est délicieux !
Goûté lors du RhumFest Paris 2024 donc la note date un peu. Un rhum très vegetal où la canne se taille la part du lion. Encore une fois, ces rhums pour jus de Madère ont une vraie typicité très agréable.
