"Nose: Interesting combination of fruit, specifically apple and glue or varnish. Reminiscent of Jamaica without the intensity of the high ester, plus light vanilla aromas, unusual. Palate: Initially very fruity, the wood notes quickly come to the fore. Lacquer aromas are also present, an interesting mixture. Finish: The apple note fades and cola and light spice remain. Conclusion: An interesting drop for a three-year-old rum, which I recommend."
