Back in Bordeaux at Pessac, we treat ourselves to one of the only places where you can find sodade by the glass. Ultra-sweet fruity profile, fat texture that pleases, some spices. It does the job well, it's a change. For me, it's nicer than an arrangé!
Sweet rum, but the sap "dries out" on the palate Very good!
