Notes taken at the Rhum Fest 2024, Quick notes and a bit heavy palate, sorry :) Here we have: a very old panama The rum: obviously caramel, but with quite a bit of fruit, too Finish: caramel and woody, rather long with a bit of pep to it vs. 49 degrees
