Summary
The Belize was produced in Belize at the Travellers distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 66,2%. This is a limited release and there are only 293 bottles.

für mich nach wie vor der heilige Gral in Sachen Belize. 🇧🇿🙏 gegrillte Ananas zum trinken in Fassstärke, ein Gedicht :) 🍍🔥 butterzart und weich trotz 66% und ein endlos genialer Abgang, übrigens auch der Rum der mich endgültig zu Fassstärke und Co vor 4 Jahren gebracht hat :D sehr sehr geiler Stoff, sehr geradlinig und sexy 🤤😍🇧🇿🍍👌🏽

Heute Mal Belize Tasting Der CDI mit ordentlich Kakao und der Belize-typischen Kokosnote gefällt gut. Aber gerade im Vergleich mit den etwas länger gereiften RA und dem Flensburg fehlt mir hier ein wenig Intensivität. Aber ein schöner Tropfen, Alkohol ist gut eingebunden wenn man die über 66% bedenkt
