"What is in the smell, you will also find in the taste. In terms of texture and strength, the aroma and taste are perfectly balanced, so the flavors are also highly concentrated, which is great. Cedar wood, leather and chocolate dominate. Licorice, bittersweet, a hint of acid in the aftertaste 👍😁"
"This is an amazing rum and a pleasant surprise. Compared to the younger 23 year version this one is far more mature and well rounded. The price tag is way below the quality of this rum so go get one. "
"Huh, for how long they claim it to be aged in wood this is suprisingly alcoholic. Other than this rather big minus poiint it is again one of the soulless panamanese concoction. Probably too pricy for what you get,..."
"Admittedly quite plain on the nose (wood and varnish dominate) but in the mouth then mainly sweet, spicy, woody. Nice taste even if I do not trust this sweetness. The alcohol is strong but still mild and well integrated. For newcomers who want to try something with more than 40% in any case prima suitable. Do not regret it to have bought even if you could have gotten good alternatives"
