It was distilled in 2022 from Sugar cane juice with a Creole Column and then aged for 2 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 54,9%. La verdeur de la canne est rehaussée par le vieillissement dynamique en fût de calvados. L'ensemble est frais et fruité, avec un boisé agréable (moins chargé en vanille que le voyage en fût de bourbon). Une note grasse est présente du début à la fin ; elle rappelle certains Profils de Neisson. Une pointe d'amertume reste en finale. Tout cela est très goûteux. On apprécie le voyage transatlantique.
