It was distilled in 2012 from Sugar cane juice and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 49,5%. "Ah, profil frais et fruité. C'est agréable. Certain diront qu'on sent trop le cognac mais il faut reconnaître que le tout est très bon. Quelques marqueurs particulier sont le côté floral et vernis, surtout au nez."
