"7,5:On the nose, this is a typical pure sugar cane juice rum, fresh and rich. It offers us juicy fresh sugar cane with lot of different notes as mushrooms, litchi, a bit rotten banana peel, fermented/ripe banana, freshly cut grass, some citrus, agricole and flowery notes of geranium, perhaps some notes of fresh sea prawns, briny.... 7,4:On the palate it is very smooth on the attack with pure sugar cane juice, is agricole, flowery, spicy/peppery, almost sweet, with a velvety fruits as litchi, banana, a bit mineral, damn ', with chocolate and salty, briny, some freshly cut grass as an addition and medicinal. 7,4:The finish is is mineral, with sugar cane powder, there is smoke, some spice, medium length."
