The "L‘Esprit" was produced in Guyana at the Port Mourant distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Whisky & Rhum. It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Double Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum has an ABV of 59,9%. This is a limited release and there are only 246 bottles. 14 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.7/10. 08/02/25: Tasted @ Stijn's place. This was rather disappointing. When I think about Port Mourant, I want the typical dark and heavy notes. This is the complete opposite, and not what you expect. Not recommended.
