"The 2023 bottling is once again on top... for me it comes close to the Habiation Velier bottling. Not quite as present on the nose as this one, but almost on a par on the palate. I mixed a cocktail straight away (mojito) and had a real taste sensation. This is how the white HERR must be 🤩 Edit: Tasted again in the Savanna Masterclass. My rating remains"
"Phew, the nose is already full of HERR. Wild, overripe fruit (strawberries, mango, pineapple) and some nail polish. Really fun on its own. But it really comes into its own as a highlight ingredient in cocktails. 🍸"
"Nachverkostung Masterclass Savanna Highlights Ester. Diesmal ein HERR. In der Nase überwiegend Ester und Ananas, aber auch leicht metallisch. Am Gaumen ebenfalls Ester und Ananas, Alkohol könnte aber besser eingebunden sein. Erinnert mich etwas an Obstler. Trotzdem echt gut."
"Dégustation des Savanna high ester. Un nez avec beaucoup de fruits, tropicaux (ananas) mais aussi des fruits rouges. Des solvants, un côté synthétique et pâte à modeler. L’alcool est bien intégré et en bouche aussi les fruits sont en compétition avec des arômes synthétiques et médicamenteux. La finale est courte, toujours sur les mêmes arômes avec un petit côté doux et crémeux qu’on ne sentait pas avant."
