In contrast to the one I had in my glass before, this one is a downfall. I had just praised the fact that Cadenhead's green labels aren't that bad... And then came this one. Actually only neutral alcohol and unpleasantly metallic with spiciness. I don't have to have it again. With cola, ice and cola not a winner either.
Color: Light white wine Nose: spicy, rather alcoholic, one-dimensional. Palate: Again, only spiciness. Unfortunately, hardly anything else to taste. Alcohol is not well integrated in my opinion. Conclusion: Unfortunately, the "Green Label Demerara" grab bag has nothing to offer here. Not a good rum
De l’alcool neutre, de l’éthanol au nez. Au second plan des arômes très faibles, pruneaux, fruits compotés, bois jeune. Entrée de bouche diluée, acqueuse. Puis de l’alcool neutre, quelques fruits et une légère douceur. Finale très courte. Un rhum qui semble à la fois coupé à l’alcool neutre et à l’eau. Le résultat, on s’en doute, est catastrophique !
Viel Neutralalkohol, Column, wenig Geschmack.
