Pas impressionné mais plutôt satisfait de ce petit sample de Husk. L’Australie fait quand même de belles choses mines de rien. Un pur jus assez sage et doux, avec quelques agrumes, une fine olive et surtout de la réglisse. C’est gourmand, rond, facile à boire. Aussi bien sec / ti punch qu’en cocktail à mon avis !
Al naso è intenso e pungente con tanti maturati, olive, aringhe, agrumi, vegetali, delizioso. Al palato è più morbido di quello che mi aspettavo con sentori vegetali, medicinali e agrumi.
