Well this is something quite a bit different, noticed it on the new rums list and remembered I had half a bottle of it in my bar! It's been around for a few years now at least. Sweet is the best way to describe it, almost to the point of a port or muscat. A lot of fruits, can get the wine grapes coming through very clearly. Slightly oily/thick on the tongue. I think this is unaged rum that has had raw wine grapes rest in it for a few months. Almost a brown sugar note as well I reckon. Very easy to drink neat and is a great cocktail mixer. Goes well with soda water, or lemonade if you like it sweeter. Mine must be a different batch as it's 40.6%.
