"Personally, it has a little too little fruit notes for me, but is otherwise a very nice and balanced Vieux rhum Agricole! In the finish, wood, tobacco, herbs and some banana peel shake hands... Makes for a gigantic French Rhum Manhattan!"

"A Neisson classic. The nose opens with woody, spicy and earthy notes, accompanied by sugar cane, lemon and honey. The mouth continues on this nice roundness with a vegetal touch. The finish on the other hand is rather short. In spite of a pronounced sweetness and a rather high price positioning for a VO, this rum is still appreciable."
