The "Warren Khong" was produced in Mauritius at the Chamarel distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Velier. It was distilled in 2011 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for 6 years. The rum has an ABV of 55,5%. This is a limited release and there are only 558 bottles. 25 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.8/10. The rum smells like Vanilla, Raisin and Woody, and on the palate there is Vanilla, Tropical fruit and Woody.

Quite restrained, but alcoholic nose. Alcohol still too present on the palate. Rather disappointing bottling in the Warren Khong series.
This is one of the few disappointments from Velier. They usually deliver when it comes to their name. Fruity with spices and barrel from nose to finish.
Zurückhaltende Nase mit vanilligem Einschlag. Im Geschmack der karamellig mit deutlichem Holzeinfluss. Ein leckerer rum.
