“Hot one! With 64,3% this rum burns you out. The nose is quite sweet of caramel and vanilla, but strong. The mouth is not so sweet but more spicy. You recognise the Travellers sweet basis, but the cask strength supports the strong alcoholic and spicy impression. The finish is warm, long and strong down your throat. Still drinkable without water added (but with water added you also get different flavours) and one of my favourites, though not for every day drinking.”
