“Overall a fantastic, elegant and round rum that must be one of the absolute best low ABV 5 years old rums. This one has been on my shelf for a while. Everything from St. Nicholas Abbey is hard to get in Sweden so I waited for a second bottle before opened it up. This is the first aged rum produced by the distillery all by themselves. It’s made from their white rum that’s made from cane syrup in their hybrid still (column/pot) whereafter it’s aged in old bourbon barrels that previously contained their longer aged molasses rums from Foursquare.”

“Ein sehr schöner Rum für das junge Alter. Die kleine Destillerie nutzt dabei ausschließlich Zuckerrohrsirup/-honig für die Herstellung. Dieser Rum präsentiert elegante tropische Fruchtnoten, Mokka, etwas Holz und weißen Pfeffer. Dabei sehr ausgewogen und gut eingebundener Alkohol. Schon sehr gut zu Sippen.”
