Thinking about the price tag this is a very nice rum actually. The nose is fresh and woody with spices and fruit. The palate is also fresh and woody with spices and fruit trailed by chocolate. The finish is medium long and woody with fruit and spices as well as chocolate. Leave the empty glass for a few hours and then try to nose it again. Then you will get even stronger flavours and especially the chocolate shines through.
