Die Nase ist sehr süß und fruchtig. Im Vordergrund gelbe Früchte (Aprikose/Pfirsich), dazu Vanille, Tee und dezent Kamille. Am Gaumen dann leichte Menthol-Noten, Pfirsich, leicht herb und ziemlich trocken. Im Vergleich zu den parallel verkosteten Australieren fällt er am Gaumen leider etwas ab. Dafür gefällt mir die Nase hier ausgesprochen gut.
Echt leckerer Rum. In der Nase erfrischende Aprikosennoten, im Geschmack anfangs kurz dreckig, dann kommt das Fass, Mokka, und Ledernoten, die dem fruchtigen ein gutes Kompliment geben. Im Nachgang bleibt die Aprikose noch lange erhalten.
Kommt gleich Mal sehr fruchtbetont in der Nase an, erinnert ein bisschen an ein fruchtiges Bier vom Aroma. Viel Gelbfrüchte das gefällt mir sehr. Die Früchte sind am Gaumen durchaus da, allerdings überwiegen hier röstige Aromen und es geht mehr in die trockene Ecke. Im Finish dann Schokolade mit Früchten. Irgendwie kommt bei mir jetzt noch ne seifige Note durch was mir gar nicht behagt.🙄
Intense on the nose with the classic continental fruit basket which I associate with Obstler. Quality-wise good but (as basically almost all Austrailins I had so far) not my cup of tea). Similar on the palate: continental fruits yet with a strong soapy note which I also often find in Australian releases.
