The "S.B.S Trinidad" was produced in Trinidad at the T.D.L distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler 1423 World Class Spirits. It was distilled in 2009 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 55%. This is a limited release and there are only 317 bottles. 27 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.0/10. After resting this one for 15 minutes it really opens up. A really nice Barbados rum with many of the Bajan flavours. Fruits well mixed with spices and nice wood. Slight bitterness on the palate and finish. I like it 😊 Overall a well rounded rum.
