It was distilled in 2009 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 55%. After resting this one for 15 minutes it really opens up. A really nice Barbados rum with many of the Bajan flavours. Fruits well mixed with spices and nice wood. Slight bitterness on the palate and finish. I like it 😊 Overall a well rounded rum.
