“I got a free backup bottle of this rum and I still like it a lot as an everyday rum. A wonderful rum which went through 5 different cask types before being bottled. Very nicely balanced between sweet and fruits. The price tag for this bottle is very good compared to what you get.”

“Etwas besonderes! Sehr viele saure Früchte und Beeren, Wein und Holz, aber auch eine schwache Tabak-/Kakaonote. Im Mund trocken, fruchtig und etwas modrig, was in das Bild eines Jamaikaners passt. Allerdings findet sich auch Schokolade. Im Abgang gesellt sich dann süßes Karamell zu der Schokolade und Früchten. Fazit: Jamaikarum auf Umwegen als komplexe Fruchtweinbombe! Gefällt mir besser als die "normalen" Vertreter, wobei diesem Rum etwas mehr Komplexität gut getan hätte.”

“hat an der Nase ein bisschen was von Vanille-Mascarpone-Creme mit roter Grütze oder Weingelee. am Gaumen setzt sich die rote Grütze mit vielen sauren Beeren dann in Kombination von Dunkler Schokolade und Rotwein und viel Tanninen fort, was extrem harmonisch und lecker ist. Dazu die für worthy park typische Banane und Nuss und Holz Note. im Abgang kommen dann etwas geröstete Nüsse, Früchtebrot und kandierter Ingwer und wieder die Rotwein-tannine dazu. überraschend gut und nicht zu holzig, könnte aber etwas weniger bitter sein... Definitiv aber ein Ausnahme WP!”
