It was distilled from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 1 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 61,5%. "Danke Tobi für das Sample – das ist schon ein beeindruckender Blend, den du da fabriziert hast. Den Mai Tai rockt er wirklich gut (sofern man denn beim Mai Tai im Team High Ester ist). Aber auch pur ist er – trotz des jungen Alters – sehr lecker und relativ reif. Für mich sind sowohl fruchtige HD als auch speckig-würzige LP Komponenten rausschmeckbar und harmonieren gut. Da hab ich schon deutlich teureres getrunken, das bei weitem nicht so gut geschmeckt hat."
