I clearly recognized Chamarel's profile on this rum, where the nose reveals vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon aromas. The barrel is also present. On the palate, it's fruitier than I expected. Very spicy. Chocolate predominates. Reminds me a little of Chamarel VSOP, but with more chocolate. Not bad.
