Ce <>H embaume d'abord la pièce d'une odeur caractéristique. Rien que ça donne envie d'aller plus loin. Au nez, on a les esters et fruits habituels de la distillerie. Un côté fermenté et une acidité inhabituelle. En bouche, ce rhum dénote encore une fois des autres <>H. Probablement par sa jeunesse. Un peu trop de degrés pour moi, je le préférerais avec 7-8 degrés de moins, mais c'est très agréable. Un petit côté caramel brûlé en fin de bouche. Un belle longueur. Jolie bouteille.
