Un rhum dégusté au Rhum Fest en 2024. Un beau nez avec du végétal, des fleurs et du vieux bois vernis bien intégré. Ce vieux bois pas tout à fait net domine la première bouche mais ça évolue heureusement vers du végétal et de la fraîcheur, vers une finale assez longue et équilibrée. Le côté vieille futaille pas très propre me dérange un peu et enlève quelques points à ce très beau rhum sinon.
Lange Reifung im Abgang schon sehr präsent. Intensive, komplexe Nase, am Gaumen erst vollmundig, dann jedoch zunehmend adstringierend mit recht trockenem Abgang. Für mein Empfinden einen Ticken über dem Zenit, aber dennoch sehr gut, auch angesichts der Trinkstärke.
