Striking notes of spice, tobacco and wood are followed by sweet notes of figs and dates, a pleasant and delicate finish, a gem of Trois Rivieres that certainly does not err on the side of refinement
Surprisingly light, mineral, chiseled mouthfeel, Nice blend, nice complexity, nice journey,
From old tasting notes: comparison with India wood. I found a way not to write down which one I preferred! But from memory, it was the Bois d'Inde. These are two very fine cuvées, greedy and pleasant, very well balanced between fruit and wood.
A nice and fruity rum once rested for 15+ minutes. Would have loved a higher ABV because I think it would have enhanced the flavour profile.
