"For me, one of the Jamaicans with the best PLV. Fruity, dry, present esters, plus light spice, bitterness and slight acidity. Despite the long tropical maturation, the wood remains in the background, but gives a very balanced rum.Especially on the exhale shows a fruitiness of passion fruit and mango reminiscent of an IPA mixed with a tart bitterness - whose herbal facet is actually reminiscent of hops. Remains present in the finish for quite a long time. When Plantation delivers like this, there's no reason to criticize."
