I'm not quite sure if I'm rating the right rum. This 13 year old would have to be a Hampden, probably HLCF or a Long Pond.
For me, this should be a Hampden HLCF. You can clearly see the dilution. With a few percent more, this would be an excellent Hampden. All in all, a good bottling for what the product is supposed to represent.
