Un nez plutôt sale avec de l’alcool de fruits, des herbes sèches, du fermenté et du fromage bleu (!). Un peu d’ananas confit si on cherche bien. La bouche est plus agréable, ouf! Les herbes sèches, l’ananas, le fermenté et le boisé sont là. Heureusement pas le fromage bleu ou alors apairé avec un Porto. La finale est assez courte et révèle un petit côté fermenté/amer plutôt intéressant. Les arômes de fruits et de bois durent assez longtemps.
Sehr intensiv, viel Ester, viel überreifes, vergorenes Obst, in Salzlake eingelegt fast schon an Käse erinnernd. Insgesamt eher süß, sauer und fermentiert und trocken. Sehr speziell, trifft leider nicht meinen Geschmack.
