It was distilled in 2016 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still and then aged for 5 years. The rum has an ABV of 54,6%. Another beautiful 'expiriment of clairin aged in caroni barrels! Despite the barrel it managed to keep some peculiarities of white clairin, especially the vegetal and fruity part! Promoted!
