Mon premier rhum du Guatemala bu seul , sans être assemblé dans un blend. Le nez est en majorité fruité (mandarine/ananas frais) , mielleux. En bouche l entrée parrait siruppeuse , mais un poivré piquant prend le dessus .Ça s estompe pour évoluer sur du caramel. Finale, toujours du caramel, revient du zeste d orange, reste un peu de poivré. Conclusion : nez ok mais un peu fermé. Bouche trop épicée pour moi. Finale agréable, mais longueur moyenne .
